Dealing with bullies, mental self defense, emotional self defense, proper respect for adults and stranger awareness are all cornerstones of our program.
We specialize in taekwondo and karate, but these values hold true for all martial arts disciplines: taekwondo, karate, judo, aikido, and kung fu.
